Choose the row that matches what you found, so your report reaches the right place.

What to include
- The specification version, and the library or test set version if relevant. See the Compatibility Matrix.
- The rule ID or section you are asking about.
- A minimal example that uses synthetic data only.
- What you expected, and what happened.
Never include real patient data in an issue. Issues in these repositories are public.
